Back to Being
Over time, I realized that so much of healing, growth, and self-trust begins with returning to ourselves. Remembering who we are underneath all the pressure, noise, and performance.
Back to Being came from that realization. No matter where you come from, what season of life you’re in, or what you may be carrying within you, I welcome you here with open arms.
Why I Created This Space
For a long time, I felt in between. Between places, roles, expectations, and the person I truly was underneath it all. Through navigating change, uncertainty, and the many layers of becoming, I learned that nothing is more important than our relationship with ourselves.
There’s so much pressure online to always have the right answer, the perfect mindset, or a version of ourselves that feels polished and easy to consume.
Back to Being is not about perfection, constant positivity, or pretending to have everything figured out. It’s a space for honest conversations about the complexity of being human.
A space where being human is enough.
What You’ll Find Here
Here, I write about identity, emotional resilience, uncertainty, belonging, self-trust, and the human experience of trying to live more authentically.
Some posts will be personal reflections. Others will explore psychology, growth, transitions, burnout, relationships, and the questions many of us carry quietly beneath everyday life.
This space is not about having everything figured out. It’s about slowing down enough to listen inward.
About Me
I’m Bahar, an ICF certified coach and someone deeply passionate about leadership, human growth, and meaningful conversations.
I’ve always been someone with multiple interests. I love art, stories, music, writing, and the small moments that help us feel more connected to ourselves and each other.
I’m based in Toronto, my work centers around helping people reconnect with themselves, navigate uncertainty with more compassion, and build a more authentic relationship with who they are.
A Gentle Invitation
If you’ve ever felt disconnected from yourself, caught between versions of who you are, or simply tired of carrying everything alone, I hope this space feels grounding, caring, and human.
I’m so glad you’re here.
